Mentor-led Adventures.
Small-group adventures that bring people together through challenge, connection and shared experience.
WHAT ARE THEY?
Through the restorative power of nature, expert mentorship and shared adventure, SoulKind creates experiences that help people build confidence, connection and a renewed sense of possibility.
More than an adventure.
Every SoulKind Mentor-Led Adventure is intentionally designed to create meaningful human connection.
By bringing together people with different stories and experiences, we create safe, supportive environments where participants can learn from one another, challenge themselves, and discover strengths they may not realise they possess.
Whether someone joins through a funded beneficiary place or a community place, every participant contributes to the experience and becomes part of the SoulKind community.
#Adventure 1.
October 23–25, 2026
In the magnificent mountains of Eryri — our first small group of beneficiaries will embrace shared challenge, guided support, and time away from everyday demands. The programme is deliberately simple: arrive independently, experience challenge and the outdoors together, and leave having gone somewhere new — both physically and personally.
Summit & Dark sky trek
Built around a challenging two-day trek, incorporating Moel Siabod and the surrounding valley – our inaugural beneficiary adventure brings together survivors of child sexual abuse (CSA).
LEADERSHIP TEAM
Our Mentor.
Jo Bradshaw
MENTOR
Jo Bradshaw has climbed the highest peak on each of the seven continents – including Everest – and is a highly regarded keynote speaker, leadership coach, and high-altitude expedition leader.
Alongside her expedition experience, Jo brings a calm, relational approach to leadership – prioritising steadiness, shared pace, and choice. When she’s not on a mountain or leading a team, Jo enjoys the simple pleasures at home in the beautiful city of Salisbury – most content with a cup of tea in hand, watching the wildlife in her garden with her dog Monty.
Big adventure. Small bootprint.
ADVENTURE PARTNER
Adventurous Ewe are a small, passionate team who create meaningful, memorable adventures across the UK and beyond. They specialise in safe, supportive small-group challenges — and we’re proud to partner with them as our trusted adventure experts for SoulKind’s mentor-led adventures.
We will be piloting our first adventure with a group of survivors of child sexual abuse (CSA). It’s a cause that has become deeply personal to us after meeting Poppy Eyre and her incredible family while creating SoulKind Issue 4.
We are not here to be critical of what’s gone before – we are here to show what is possible when we do things differently. This will be achieved by working with allies who are willing to stand up alongside individuals like Poppy to support real, long-term change.
Calling for investors.

Research shows that shared experiences play a vital role in trauma recovery – a view supported by leading experts such as Bessel van der Kolk and Judith Herman, and recognised within National Institute for Health and Care Excellence guidelines on post-traumatic stress disorder. Survivors who connect with others who have faced similar challenges experience:
• Reduced isolation and shame • Stronger emotional resilience • A sense of camaraderie and mutual support • Long-term healing beyond traditional therapy
Working together to support CSA survivors
Despite this, there is currently no national programme in the UK combining outdoor adventure therapy with group-based support specifically for Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) survivors – something SoulKind can address by working collaboratively with our charity partners.
